After you finish your first DD run then I'd recommend adding in CoM and CC. CC can change a lot of your dungeon-delving encounters and can be a nuisance for planning your party compositions. CoM is mostly inoffensive - the worst thing it introduces is a roaming boss encounter that will brutalize any unprepared party, but it otherwise offers a collection of interesting trinkets to acquire.
If the entire bundle is going cheap, you can install and activate or deactivate individual elements of the DLC, in which case, I'd activate the new heroes (Flagellant, Shield Breaker, Musketeer), and everything else except the Crimson Court DLC, which is essentially an expansion pack with intentionally overbearing/ramping mechanics, giving more reason for blind / early-game players to get absolutely hammered.
Whatever you decide, just remember that the entire point is to persevere and push on. Outside of Stygian/Bloodmoon mode, there is no Game Over. You can lose an infinite amount of heroes and time, but you'll always be able to raise yourself up again. Don't take mishaps too seriously -- you're going to lose people while learning, and it's going to suck, but eventually, you'll realize how easy the game truly is (and wish you could go back to being blind again).
Recommend not using the free new class DLC.
