Trinkets disappearing bug

My trinkets are disappearing from my inventory, and none of my characters have died or lost them (I've checked through the activity log multiple times.) I haven't sold them either. From what I can tell, they are items that I used. Two damage increasing highwayman items, two books of sanity, Dismas's Head (+25% dmg -10%hp +20% stress dmg) and there might be more but I'm not sure. :( Is anyone else noticing this glitch?

edit: just noticed I lost two houndmaster items that gave increased dodge. :(((((

I had this happen to me too, lost the Cressendo box. The problem with me is I've been playing on my save for so long my trinket inventory got full so every time I unequipped stuff it would be lost. I didn't notice it because I have a ton of duplicate trinkets.

Anyway, it might be a good idea to sell trinkets you don't use. The tip is on a loading screen so its ok to do it now.

Any chance you sent characters to the bar while holding items? There's a chance they'll get drunk and lose them
