My character portraits are showing the Boss of "The flesh"..why?

3rd from bottom. (Couldn't figure out how to post an image inside the discussion.)

But yeah, my characters starting having the flesh boss show up on their portraits...should I be worried?

I noticed that too!! I'm not sure if it's part of the game but it freaks me out sometimes haha

Yeah, this stuff happens when you finish the first level of the DD. You'll start to see other crazy stuff like the shopkeeper becoming an Eldritch horror.
