As any other trinket.In the second mission you´ll be facing mini bosses called Templars,which use the attack "Revelation",that make massive damage both in health and stress.Carrying that trinket will avoid all the stress damage and almost all the health damage too.

Do NOT go into the second mission without them eqquiped.

Thans I'll remember that...I'm still trying to amass wealth but it seems like you will never be prepared no matter how much gold farming you do.
