FAKE DISCOUNT BAIT?!

Did everyone just see yesterday the game was 20% off from 24.99 USD and now it went down to 19.99 (its original price). Is it even legal to do that? I mean they just baited in so many sales with the fake discount its absurd.

p.s And no i didnt buy the game i owned it feb 2015.

When it was still in Early Access, the game was orignally $20, with a 20% discount
Now the game is fully released, so it's up to a normal price of $25, with the 20% percent discount.
They're not baiting sales, they just pushed it up to $25 because the game is fully released and out of Early Access. Also the game is well worth the $25 price point.

Also it is worth more than $15 seeing as people get 100s of hours of playtime and just finishing the game would require 100 or so hours your first time most likely. Just because you don't like it and are pissed the store glitched(not just with DD)you have no right to say it's worth less than it is.

I know it's no fun to be ganged up on, but you made some pretty inflammatory claims in your original post: that the developers "baited" people into buying their game, and then you implied that they were engaging in illegal activity -- all without any evidence to back it up except your assumption of what you think happened.

Of course you're going to get backlash as a result. Dunno what you were expecting, to be honest.

Apparantly YOU can't read. He says 19.99 is the discounted price, down from 24.99. The price right now is 19.99, no discount. Do I need to dumb it down more for you?

Which they say clearly in the topic is the intended early sale price, and the price will revert after a couple weeks to its normal price. The fact a discount isn't displayed (and the fact it went away and they had to change the price in the first place) is said as a Steam/Valve issue that they are working to correct.
