You two are talking about two different things.

Collect Call Ranged 1, 2, 3, 4. Summon 3 Heads *

Example: A head of a fallen Highwayman taken by The Collector. Now it is part of his collection, and aids him in finding new additions for his macabre hobby. It will vanquish the enemies of The Collector with its lightning speed and lethal strikes.

Dismas head + 25% DMG - 10% Hp.Not bad im think
and Junia head + 40% heal skills (im not sure about % of heal)
good trinkets

So "The collector" takses the heads of my fallen heros?

The more heads he has, the more powerful he is?

I'm sorry i read the wiki and all, but i still can't figure what you guys are saying?

PS:thank you for your patience.

He though you were talking about the mob "Head", not the "Head" trinket. Simple as that.

They're decent trinkets if you can soak up the Stress damage. A Jester with Bright Tambourine can easily chill out a Vestal with Junia's head who then can heal the whole party for much better amounts.

They are great for short/medium runs where stress doesn't tend to mount up as much. Long runs they are going to snap tho.

If stress is a concern, pair Junia's Head with a Book of Sanity. +30% heals without stress added. When using a Vestal, I find that combo better than one which relies on Sacred Scroll (because nerfing the Vestal's stun is bad, mmkay?).

If stress isn't a concern, then go hog wild and use Junia's Head with the Tome of Holy Healing. Then nobody dies ever.
I'm not saying the heads dont serve any purpose.
it's just that they are a "very rare" trinket. There is no wow effect when you find them.

And also there some blue or green trinkets better than those "Very rare" heads...
I thought that if you got all the heads, they would unlock some hidden features or something.

I find them not worthy of being called "Very rare".

Thank you all for the help. (But i think i'm going to sell all the heads)

Barristan's Head is lacking, sure. But I would argue that both Dismas's Head and Junia's Head are pretty good for very rare trinkets.

Dismas's Head:
+25% DMG
-10% Max HP
+20% Stress DMG

This is the most powerful +DMG item in the game. Any other item which gives you this much damage boost is either limited to one enemy type (Unholy, Eldritch, etc.), situational (Book of Rage gives you +25% DMG if you are at 50% HP or less), or have considerably greater drawbacks (Brawler's Gloves gives you +25% DMG, but also has -3% crit and -2 SPD).

Junia's Head:
+30% Heal Skills
+20% Stress DMG

Fairly decent healing trinket, IMO. Other trinkets might give you slightly more healing (Profane Scroll, Sacred Scroll), but both of those have much worse drawbacks than the Head does. Profane Scroll only gives the +heal bonus in Rank 2, which means the only think that benefits from it is the AoE heal (also, the Vestal is kinda squishy to be upfront). Sacred Sroll was great before, but after release, the stun chance reduction and speed debuff make them a lot less useful. And if you are so inclined, Junia's Head is the most powerful healing trinket available to the Occultist. Anything else that boosts healing by this much is class-restricted (Medic's Greaves, Commander's Orders, Sacred Scroll).

Sure, both trinkets require you to be careful with the stress your heroes receive. But that's generally part of the game: balancing out the negative aspects of trinkets you equip, either through quirks, or by using them in places in which the drawbacks are less marked. For example, Junia's Head is particularly helpful to me in the Cove, where stress attacks are less common, but enemies tend to cause more damage.

They seem to be good generalized trinkets for early game, once you start picking up ancestral and "Very rare" trinkets, the head trinkets do become outclassed, HOWEVER, they can sometimes stack with similar trinkets to give you huge DMG, healng, or PROT ratings that aren't otherwise attainable since you can't double down on any of them.
