To be fair, if you buy your Steam Money via retail shops, the diffrence between 20 and 25 does easily makes the diffrence between spending 20$ or 40$ for steam money.

There has been a pinned topic here since about the release of the game, explaining what was up. You should have bought it back when it was $20. You had two weeks. Your loss.

Keep in mind that the $10 price tag during the Holiday Sale was because the game was $20 during Early Access. So it might not be as cheap on next sale,* unless they apply a bigger discount (which seems unlikely for a game that was just released).

I got it at 20$, and hopefully we don't have to pay for the updates, unless it is extremely massive then hope the DLC is no more than 5$
