You want riposte and bleed primarily, as well as good death's door healing. Either four small ones or two big ones is my rule.

1:I would go with a Hellion with one of the bleed attacks, doesn't matter which one, in rank 1. I would also train Adrenaline Rush on her to clear bleeds occasionally and as DD protection.
2:Then a flagellant with both regular bleed attacks and both heals in rank 2. The HoT counters bleeds for people on DD, which is why it's a must for me. You can choose the stress heal instead of the big heal if the flagellant has very high bleed resist.
3: Highwayman or man at arms for riposte in rank 3. Use Duelist's advance when you want your flagellant to heal after stacking a couple of bleeds. Train Open Veins. PBS optional for a rank 3 HWM, but I like to train it anyway. You never know! With the MAA, alternate Retribution and Guard/stun to move forward.
4: Whatever you want, although I might pass on a plague doctor in rank 4 unless his blight attacks hit the bloodsuckers reliably, which depends on trinkets. Vestal is always a safe choice, but will hurt your damage. Or you can take an arbalest with Field Medicine to help out with the healing instead. The damage will be better that way. No occultist for me. One 0 heal is sometimes all it takes to wipe a group, so not interested in that. No grave robber either, since those lack the DD protection and you already have a HWM with that weakness. Two is too many. A good option is to take a rank 4 crusader. That way you can alternate Holy Lance and Duelist's Advance at the back, and your flagellant can stay in the front while healing. Train a heal obviously. I like the white one with a little stress heal personally. It's just DD salvage and healing output doesn't matter. The added stress heal is nice.

Just get a houndmaster and murder him like any regular mob. as long as you have decent damage a houndmaster and a vestal then you are never out of options against the baron. Sure you might get unlucky on his third call for reinforcements but outside of that he is just a tankier bloodsucker

thanks for all your advice guys.

I beat him quite easily with a SB, HWM, HM & VES
