Never-ending loading

Loading never stops when I start new campaign but it loads my old save files, but issue is want to start a new one... any tips???

I would start with the basics. Verity your game files and restart your device.

If by "start a new campaign" you mean loading into the Old Road tutorial, that one loading screen takes a lot longer than any other in the game. We all have a different idea about long loading times, so be sure to give it at least one 1-minute attempt before putting DD on the surgeon's table.

Problem seems to be in some dlc

I guess I would disable all of the DLC and then see if you can start a new game. Then I would add one DLC at time and try to start a new game in order to figure out which one is causing the issue.

Renaming your old save/settings folder (so you still have it), verifying files and restarting your device just might do it too.

I am rather new to the game, but I understand they have a Discord chan that might help as well.
