Butcher's Circus is not that bad
I just lost two matches back to back and it wasn't just that the other guy was a complete lucksack (we both got ridiculous RNG miracles).

It seems the stress monsters are the current dominant strategy (most of my deaths were heart attacks) but my trad team of ARB-JES-BH-CRU was generally able to weather the storm.

All of the matches were bloody, usually ending with one against two or similar results. In one the last of my heroes both died of heart attacks to an Antiquarian (an actually good choice in this game mode).

The only one I won was after something like ten rounds, where we mostly traded team buffs and defensive ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, I finally went on the attack and got a few hits. Then the other dude ragequit. I honestly think he could have beat me because his condition was better than mine.

Disappointing.

But there's actually a fairly high quality play going on there now. Don't expect the insta-wins you used to get just by finding some moron and beating him up.

Yeah, butcher's circus is surprisingly good PvP mode in a game that wasn't initially designed to have one. And even though luck may significantly influence the outcome of a match you still can have a significantly positive win rate if you make the right decisions and create a competent team composition.

I personally prefer a (GR-Abom-MaA-Crusader) over the Heylow comp as it has versatile tools to deal with essentially any comp thus having no hard counters, while also providing alot of agency and opportunities for meaningful decision making I have like ~80% winrate with this comp and D1-2 . The Heylow comp on the other hand feels less consistent as your first turns are heavily influenced by luck which may lead to either a win in a couple of turns or inevitable demise due to lack of initial pressure.

For having 0 (zero) balance updates since launch, it is surprisingly not too unbalanced.

That said, it has some glaring balance issues (Arb crits, Flag's existence in general)

yeah BC its Good my biggest Complain About BC its Connection issue from time to time

and No. Stress Powerfull but if Opponent Countered it by DMG Power or Stress Healing,Resist and Virtue you are Screwed,

Heylow Comp Mostly good at killing General Comp not good at Defense Focused Comp, Powerful Healing,High Stun Resist,Guard and Prot low the win rate as low as 20%
depends to much at luck

There is always Counter always Counter

lol, "ragequit"
if that's how ya wanna see it ya sorry winner succrobate.
some people just had a better idea and would rather exercise that or touch grass then fight your perma-lacking acc.

let me make one more point about "builds"

That's an extremely boring concept.- Oh well!~ you don't have to be interesting as a human, it wasn't a requirement of the job description. :)))

Entirely untrue. In fact, to make a good point, everyone in america uses the same build that yall are jocking about.

ive fought other styles in other countries, and it's at least interesting.

"Rage quit" its Exist but there is other one too "The Sin its Not being Outmatched but Failed to Recognise it" - A Man that Brought Ruin to their Family

I dont have problem with Flagellant Because Jester Exist, 1 Shot Enemy with Big Damage and bypass Death door

I dont have Problem With Arbalest because Vestal Exist, Arbalest DMG = Vestal Healing

I think quitting while you're actually winning is pretty silly. Who knows, maybe he got a phone call or something.
