Drowned Crew (champion level)
So I tried using a method on this boss where I keep a grave robber up front and use Toxin Trickery as much as possible. Yet at the same time she gets hit even though she has 66 dodge or higher. How is that even possible? With him healing 8 each turn, it's been impossible. Any suggestions besides "get gud"?

Interesting method. At champion level all enemies gain an ACC boost. The puller has 123% ACC. 123% - 66% = 57% to still get pulled. You could try this method with a hound master instead. Their guard skill grants a dodge buff that stacks if used each turn. I believe with the right trinkets you could get +80 dodge.

My method was a full damage party. Vestal - BH or HWM - Crusader - Crusader or Leper
I ignore the puller first and focus on dealing damage to the boss. When someone gets pulled I try to kill the puller as quickly as possible. Then focus on dealing damage again.

Get a Leper to the front.
Seriously, use a Leper for this fight. He won't dodge, but he will totally heal his stress and maul away for great damage. That's all you need. First priority for the Champion level Crew is not to reach heart attack. Other than that, just swing away.

1) The Anchorman can be stunned before he does his Heave to! ability giving you an extra round of hitting the boss. His stun resist is only 70% at Champion level, which is less than a lot of regular champion level mobs. NOTE: Once he's cast Heave to! stun does NOT interrupt the Heave to! effect on your character.

2) Crusader is great choice because he gets +35% bonus to the Anchorman and boss. They are both Unholy. Crusader can also help to keep stress low leading up to the fight so you enter the fight with no stress on your characters.

3) Blight is great since the boss has two turns per round. For this reason, Graverobber CAN be a good choice in slot 3. I say "CAN" because my last two runs the boss has pulled my Graverobber to the front, meaning I couldn't cast blight, which was quite annoying. You can put move resist trinkets on her though...I always go with dmg/accuracy trinkets though and inevitably she gets pulled.

4) Use your camp in the room before the boss fight to boost your characters damage and/or reduce stress. Crusader's Zealous speech for example gives all characters -15% stress damage for 4 fights. If you take a Hellion you can use the +8% crit for 4 battles skill, Sharpen Spear. If you take a Leper, you can use Reflection for +10 accuracy, +5% crit. etc.

These are good ideas, I have tried using a Leper and he is a good damage dealer for this fight. I've equpped them all with move resist trinkets. Honestly my main issue is that once he hooks a character with heave to! the Crew heals for 8 damage each turn (even if it isn't his turn.) And he ends up healing the amount of damage I've given to him quickly.

I'd say that strategy relies heavily on luck. I tried it yesterday on champion level, Plague Doctor - Vestal - Grave Robber - Crusader, and it went pretty well. GR had 77 dodge with trinket and buffs, only got hit once. If it had landed a second time she would have become afflicted and probably wipe the group from there.
Also tried stacking stun chance on crusader but that didn't go well, only one or two of them worked, in the end i just told him to go for the boss.

Plague Doctor was great though, with the boss' turns being so fast the blight was ticking all the time.

I believed I used a plague doctor for this but I can't remember. The blight made up for the healing?

He still healed over it, but it nullified a good chunk of it while i focused the others on freeing the GR.
