You'll be there all day since it has the equivalent of about 1000 HP, so you need strong healing and some form of stress healing. Together, JES and GR have most of the cheesing tools a SBR has.
The HEL is for getting to it and for killing the spear at a reasonable rate.
Alternatively, mod it to have 1 hp because it's an incredibly tedious boss.
It almost doesn't matter if it has GR and SB. You might want someone less squishy than GR but the actual GG fight has never been a problem with this general kind of group. The only rare problem I have had is with getting to it once or twice when I got sloppy with getting marked and having to cope with a Giant Corpse Eater. Bring ARB/MUS and the mark-clearing skill if you are concerned with this although it is usually no big deal.
Shieldbreakers are there for obvious reasons. Highwayman is dps machine, and Vestal is support damage and AoE heals.
Just don't activate riposte and destroy the shield. Also double up on the Snake Eyes buff if you can camp before.
Then use GR or even double GR. The issue is armor piercing.
Oh... rip. I'm blind. In that case. Prolly GR for armor piercing, Vestal for AoE heal, and something to kill the spear.
I like OCC to mark that and do any needed heals, and ARB/MUS in back to use those marks, and cover for any of OCC's whiffed heals.
