My Dismas died

I went on a dungeon run on Crimson Court and my Dismas died from bleeding before my Occultist can heal him how can I cope with this loss?

He can return. If you keep your dead hero count to minimum, you'll get opportunity to ressurect him with town event(chose 1 of 3 random dead heroes), if you're lucky you can get this event few times.

It's very rare though, so you'll have to play for quite some time.

I have a savedata with my heroes mostly at level 5-6, and my Dismas also died... That alone made me abandon that save (my most advanced one so far) because I wanted the achievement of going with Reinault and Dismas to the darkest dungeon

I randomly got a hero back after they died...
Arrived on the stagecoach the next month. Same name and middle level skill sets as when he originally bit the dust. Will the mysteries never end??????
