Endless in general, yes. Miller specifically? No.
If you're using Laudanum to deal with the occasional single-target keening from a trash-mob that generally gets turned to crystal - usually before it even gets to act - then I can only assume you have no Jester and/or aren't looking to push overmuch.
I'd be saving those Laudanum bottles for the Sleeper and beyond. You know, the eyeball from space-hell which spams AoE Horror3@5rds (x4) per Sleeper Stirs, inbetween the flat AoE stress nukes. Wise to chug them all there and use the leftovers against eventual Ghouls, Squiffy's, and all the other nice high-level trash once you get through it.
But hey, that's just me. I've seen no real reason to use Laudanum at the Miller, and especially not against regular scarecrows or unkilled crystals leading up to him.
I wouldn't waste a bottle on a keening when one spare turn from a JES will remedy it by itself, especially with my usual team which has two stress healers total, in a fight that comes after free camping buffs to help reduce upcoming stress even more. Well, at least not if I was attempting to push as far as possible (in which case resources are best used for emergencies rather than willy-nilly, unless you're gagging to make inventory space for shards).
Sleeper is an exception as it will spew horror on the entire party inbetween flat AoE stress nukes - without the luxury of wasting turns trying to stress-heal any of it. Any comp that isn't dunking the eyeball in a handful of rounds is going to suffer even with stacks of Laudanum in their pocket. I generally take one stack of Laud purely for that fight and little else, but that might be just me.
