How to get blueprints?

I'm not sure if that's what they're actually called but they're the blue pieces of paper used to make buildings. I haven't found any besides the one that's given at the start. Is there a specific dungeon or am I just unlucky?

You know you can convert building items into other building items, right? There's an icon at the bottom that will let you convert something you have a lot of to something you have little of. You have to play with the numbers, you need like 3 shields to make a portrait etc. so make sure you tick the amout up if it won't let you convert them.

I didn't know that so thanks for the info! But I'm referring to the blueprints for the districts, which I can't convert other items into.

Like the answer after that stated you need to kill NON-apprentice type bosses. None of the first 8 bosses will drop them but after those first 8 "green" bosses every boss afterwards will drop ONE (so don't forget to take them home with you as they drop as boss drop spoils)

If you have Crimson Court, you can also get them from Baron, Viscount, Countess, some of rooms from their dungeons and Guardian. But this could be pain, so...

Is it only non-apprentice bosses?
The point is you get them without really having to think about it. Play the game, they will appear.
