Are there any easy cheats?

I've played through DD before, and I wanted to get back into it, but it's just sooo grindy and tedious. Honestly, I'm not really having fun.

Is there a simple way to bypass the grindy phase by adding gold, deeds, etc so I can build my town up?

Radiant Mode was literally designed for people like you. Still has a bit of a grind but is drastically shaved down compared to Darkest.

go add mods, no neg quirks, no diseases, extra loot, etc etc. game can become SUPER easy especially on radiant.

Hiiii all. I think there has been a bit of confusion. I'm not finding the game to be too difficult. I'm not struggling to complete content or anything. I don't need a strategy guide or anything to make the game "easier." I'm playing on darkest, and enjoy that degree of difficulty.

I'm just looking for a way to get free gold, deeds, etc so I don't have to farm/grind all of that jazz again for the 100th time.

This is what radiant is for: More xp and cheaper upgrades. It also speeds up region xp so you unlock the level 5 bosses in fewer missions. Radiant does not decrease enemy hp or damage compared to darkest, so like RopeDrink put it "Radiant Mode was literally designed for people like you."

That answer does not address my request in any way here. Radiant mode isn't what I'm looking for. I'm looking for mods/hacks/cheat engine to get free gold, portraits, etc so I can skip the grind and evolve my town to play in Darkest-mode without having to sink another 40 hours into grinding the same exact dungeons over and over.

The way you speak about it it is unclear if you know what radiant mode is. It is not easier enemies, it is just faster progression. Adding more gold with cheats will not make radiant faster. What radiant does is much more useful in that it lets the actual game progress faster by leveling up your heroes and locations faster and even letting you run a single team through the entire darkest dungeon. In addition to reducing level up costs. If you level 4 full teams you will gain way more heirlooms and gold than you can spend. Adding more free gold does nothing to speed the progress because you will be waiting for resolve xp. Not playing on radiant would mean you do not get the higher xp or the ability to run the same team though multiple darkest dungeon levels.

Okay, thank you for the advice, but again... that's not what I'm looking for. I want a cheat that will give me all of the buildings and upgrades instantly.

Well, you could probably use cheat engine for it, but you will just be waiting for resolve xp.

ah, so this is more about a 4v4 battle game having too many 4v4 battles in it

There's really only three check-marks to beat the game when you get down to it -- build the town > level/gear heroes (which is helped by having the town) > beat the Darkest Dungeons.

All you'll have left with a max town and currency is levelling heroes (which I guess you'll cheat at as well, because grind), and then beat four static maps. Not exactly a thrill, and definitely not accurate to say you "want to get back into it", as you're leaving nothing to actually get back into.

Either way, there's umpteen search results that can help with that. I'll just quietly continue wondering why anyone would bother doing this. I wouldn't have even remotely as many hours of playtime if it wasn't for the fact I enjoy a grind and find overcoming the hurdles more fun than doing so and just being left with four static maps to beat to quote-win-unquote.
