What are the most balanced class mods?

This is a good question but i found that there are not many recommendations about balanced class mods in internet. Mostly as Chagex sad many ppl recommend Seo's and Muscarine stuff. But i advice you to at least play some time without class mods so after you get your view what vanilla classes stands for you can pretty much decide to yourself is a class mod balanced or not just reading skills description.
