Slice & Dice
Has the move Slice & Dice by the cutthroats always affected the first two party members? Not played for some time and i swear this has changed from the first party member being attacked to the first two.

S&D has always pegged the front two.

They had a move with the same animation that hit only one, which was therefore easy to confuse with slice and dice. I think it has a new animation now. Either that or they had a second move also called slice and dice, which now has a new name and animation.
