Whats this demon thing?
i dont know how to download a photo but on my character board thing on my idle heroes my plague doctor, and hellion had a demon looking face instead of its what does this mean?

Gameplay wise, it means nothing and has no impact. Just hover over them to get rid of it.

Lore wise, this is the true form of the people.
