Hunger Tile Mod?
Is there a mod that shows the tiles for hunger checks?

hunger needs no tiles, it will automatically tell you in a dungeon if your party is hungry or not with the hunger event (eat 4 food, gain health, or dont eat, gain stress)

That's not how it works, it's random tiles, not a timer.

They're asking if there's a mod that allows the player to see where hunger checks happen in a dungeon before they happen.

Really? I figured it was a timed thing/number of steps moved thing.

It isn't, it also got random. Like somewhere else I've said, there was a rule about food 8-short, 16-medium, 24-large, but now it is more like approximation, because for whatever reason, sometimes, if you're unlucky, you can even get the food check in the same hallway or after 1 room. I mean, it is sometimes somewhat useful and to your advantage, since when I was in the long dungeon, I had like more than half of the supplies untouched, so I fully healed the team with one firewood that I had left. Other times, the game can screw you over and 12 might not be enough for short run. Also, and I'm not sure about it, but sometimes I have a feeling even without "food" quirks (when one character can eat half as much or something among those lines), sometimes they will eat only 2, other times 4 and be full in both cases.

Hunger 'tiles' work like traps, so they can spawn when you enter a hallway. This is how you can get a hunger event from backtracking, and thus a dungeon that forces you to backtrack a lot will likely have your heroes get hungry. This is also why it seems like the hunger thing is on a 'timer'.

Like traps, hunger tiles can 'respawn'. However, there are a few things to factor- shorter hallways lessen the likelihood of a hunger event (less tiles that might trigger it) and it can never occur on a tile that has a trap, enemy encounter, or curio, so hallways with lots of other junk will seldom give hunger checks.
