8 Torches short, 12 Medium, 16 long.
The heroes will take more of an indepth sort of post than I can make since I gotta run back to my office since I'm already late from lunch.
Now tell me what help does posting these types of comments give?

Thank you I think Im not bringing nearly enough food I only take very small amounts. And dont really use them for heals if under 10 or so.
I use the stacks of food I got to keep things well oiled and running smoothly so I don't have to freak out when the bad rolls just repeatedly outpour. But yeah, unless I'm at the last fourth of a dungeon I won't let myself fall below at least 4 food leftover. Thankfully it doesn't hurt to toss it for item space either.
(the numbers are my estimates for short/medium/long dungeons)
Ruins: 2/3/4 Holy Water for Curios, 1/2/2 Bandages just in case, 1/2/3 Laudanum for Madmen, 0/1/1 Skeleton Key for secret rooms.
Cove: 2/3/4 Medicinal Herbs for Curios, 1/3/4 Bandages for emergency Bleed cures, 0/2/3 Laudanum for Squiffy Ghasts.
Warrens: 2/4/5 Medicinal Herbs for Curios, 1/2/2 Antivenom for emergency Blight cures, 0/1/1 Bandage for Curios.
Weald: 1/1/1 extra shovel, 1/2/3 Medicinal Herbs for Curios, 1/2/3 Bandages for Curios.
Which heroes to take is a whole other topic though, try looking at some of the recent posts for answers.
Prot= Protection. It reduces the damage you take by a percentage, rounded up. So a hit for 12 damage on an enemy with 30% Prot would deal 9 damage. Prot also caps at 70% (maybe 80%?).
EDIT: It's 80%. Also, Prot doesn't affect DoTs.
Oh god that grinds my gears. Ive noticed with some youtubers ive watched awhile back the vestal in the 3rd position very commenly dies by those skeleton bowmen. And the plague doctor gets over stressed by the goblet and the cultest. When I attack those enemies I alwas click attack with my middle finger ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
For blood, I will only bring one per cursed person. Usually you will get more by the time the quest if finished.
Bring a full stack of torches for short dungeons, a stack and a half for medium and 2 full stacks for long dungeons. This is usually a few too many, but if the dungeon is laid out really poorly having extra torches can be nice. In the longer dungeons you almost always find extra torches, and if you're using vestol/crusader then it's easy to get away with fewer torches by using their torch bonus abilities.
Then I bring 2 shovels and 2 keys for short and medium dungeons. Nice to have an extra key in case you find a secret room later in the dungeon. And you'll almost always use the keys. Shovels are not always needed, but usually. Good to have them just in case.
As for other supplies kind of varies based on the dungeon and what you plan to expect. Bandages for the warren, antidotes for the weald, but you can usually just get away with abilities to cure bleed/blight. Holy water and medicinal herbs are nice most places.
