Blueprints?
Where do I find more? It's not random is it?

I just received one as a town event. It unlocks the blueprints section for the districts and there are many and very interesting options in there. You need one blueprint and the apropriate gold and heirlooms to build the districts. Notice that there is no specific blueprints for the districts. You only need one for each district. Now, one way for finding them is via town event for sure. One other way could be as a loot from a battle. I don't know yet. I will play more to find out :)

It says blueprints are guarded by bosses, but i've already beaten all the bosses besides the Darkest Dungeon. Will they just show up randomly now or have I inadvertantly screwed myself?

You can't have beaten ALL the bosses man. The DLC has 4 bosses i think. 3 for sure. You beaten all of them since yesterday?

105 hours on record, I'm pretty sure someone could beat all the bosses in that time on radiant.

I play on normal since launch but anyway. I don't know then . I am too early on the expansion. Haven't beat the baron yet.
