Q. I'm having issues with games that desync or disconnect. What should I do?

Fixing desyncs is our top priority right now! You can help us find and fix desync issues by sending us a log of your desync issues.

We automatically generate logs when desyncs occur. You can go to your steam folder and find them located here: Steam\SteamApps\common\DarkestDungeon\SyncLogs

and send your logs and any additional information to support@redhookgames.com

always tell me cannot connect the server, need to update game:steamsad:
When I start the match all my party dies and I lose the match. When I train with bot all works well. Reinstalling the game didn't help. What is that?:/

Yes, this is driving me nuts.
i m having the same issue, all my team gets heart attack right when the match begins. any help?

Off Faster Darkest Dungeon or any mods and reload game

Enemy Antiquarian used Take Cover! skill and I crashed to desktop instantly.
same here, every time i connect to player all my heros died as i load in and i lose, hmm
I was having the
"update" error as well, but after exiting to desktop and reloading the game I was able to connect and have had no problems getting into matches; However, both matches I played seemed to be against an A.I. with the same team both games. Also, many people must be having this issue as the achievement I received for playing a match is gold and doesn't have a % of players who completed it. Surely I cannot be the first person to get into a game.
I also had this error but I don't seem to have SyncLogs folder.

Me too. And for this error/bug a game that was win is lost/not counted in game.
I've had crashes whenever I finish a match. Bummer too, I want my wins recorded!
When I download the DLC, it kept crashing before the cutscene would appear. What do i do??
