The Plague Doctor's is solid but is nowhere near as good as her regular class trinkets.
Jester's is excellent. Makes his already great stress healing, both in combat and while camping, even better, and greatly boosts his usually lackluster base damage output.
Flag's might be good, but I've personally never used it. Might be worth a shot though.
Heretical Passage is pretty strong, though personally I prefer other healing trinkets.
Leper's is just ok.
Hellion's is pretty great, it's one I've made great use of in the past. Makes her hit and crit super frequently.
Arbalest's are really strong, very much worth the small amount of stress you'll gain from it because it'll just be healed off by the crits.
I've heard that occ's is good but I've never used it myself.
Most of the other ones are garbage.
Broken Key: Makes Abom the most consistent stunner (except against resistant targets) in the game. You should always get this ASAP.
Spectral Speartip: Provides a ton of relevant damage/defense stats in exchange for what essentially amounts to at worst a -4 ACC penalty. Getting reliable Captivate without sacrificing a damage trinket for blight chance (since this has both) is a huge deal since Captivate hits harder than Pierce, making this a much bigger damage bonus than it seems.
Mirror Shield: Free damage on a class that normally doesn't deal much. For best results, don't upgrade Defender. Probably the least important of the good trinkets.
Crystalline Gunpowder: Just a really good generic damage/SPD trinket. Only issue is it's a HWM exclusive who's kind of a niche class.
Thirsting Blade: It gives SPD and ACC. Yeah, it's really kind of ridiculous. The self-damage doesn't matter much considering it gives you more ACC than Focus Ring.
Keening Bolts: It's basically a stronger Ancestor's Pen.
Meh:
Petrified Skull: A decent defense trinket in the Cove/DD but outside of it there are better options. Even then you might still prefer Tempting Goblet due to its SPD boost.
Smoking Skull: The huge Dodge boost makes it possible to actually get close to the cap, but your Ant becomes even less useful at other things. I personally don't think it's worth it (Vapors spam parties already cap dodge without this anyway) but some niche strategies could use it.
Ashen Distillation: Good when paired with Blasphemous if you want to blight enemies with high resist. But for other enemies, you already have Blasphemous (and you're definitely going to run Blasphemous), so you don't need this.
Dirge for the Devoured: Actually pretty good but if you use the 2 bleed + 2 songs build, Bright Tambourine is better since the bleeds have awful base damage. Great if you use Dirk Stab literally ever though.
Heretical Passage: Bonus damage isn't important for most Vestal builds since Judgement has bad damage, but it does provide healing at the same time. Only issue is extra stress--usually not a big deal but afflicted Vestals can be lethal.
Huskfang Whistle: Requires an unorthodox build to use but it's fun.
Non-Euclidean Hilt: It's a minor improvement to Paralyzer's Crest. It has side-bonuses aside from the stun but they're not super important--the blight is unreliable and Cru already has ridiculous HP. Very expensive for what it is.
Trash:
Acidic Husk Ichor: The extreme HP reduction makes it quite likely for the Flag to get burst down (e.g. with this he dies to a single marked crit spit and only needs to take a single hit to be dropped to 0 by most crits). The damage bonus, although large, is not very important as Flag has terrible base damage, especially on Rain of Sorrows--you only get a tangible boost to Punish and Exsanguinate which is restricted to hitting frontliners, so it basically doesn't matter. It can trigger Redeem/Exsang more often but the risk involved is not worth it.
Mask of the Timeless: Dodge is unimportant in almost all circumstances. There are better SPD trinkets and even in the best case scenario this is a minor improvement to Feather Crystal. It's not aggressively bad like most of the others in this section but it's still not something you would ever use.
Topshelf Tonic: Blight GR is terrible, giving Toxic Darts better duration does not make it usable.
Petrified Amulet: Worse than Focus Ring. More HP doesn't mean anything to Leper.
Icosahedric Musket Balls: 20% random target chance obliterates your consistency.
The random targetting on SBR and CRU's shard trinkets is less important than it seems. I think it will often randomly choose the target you wanted in the first place.
If you like to use redeem/exsanguinate the FLG does either need an HP bonus or an HP malus. By default he's in an awkward middle point where one median crit almost but not quite puts him below 40%. FLG's base damage is around half that of your big melee fighters, meaning a 30% is worth the same raw damage as a 15% damage trinket on the alternatives. It's not bad, but I still prefer +bleed +speed or +bleed +acc, and I free up the exsanguinate/redeem slot for some of his other tasty utility.
Speaking of % damage, a blight of 2 for 2 rounds might not seem like much but it does proc fairly often in practice, and brings the CRU's minimum damage from 10 to 12, or +20%. However, if you brought the hilt usually you're using on the stun, and one tick brings up the stun's damage an average of 28%. Admittedly it's still overpriced.
I'd buy this last if at all. In practice I rarely use it and that's on top of the fact I rarely use CRU in late game.
As the ridiculously overpriced trinkets go, both the Coat of Many Colors and the Miller's Pipe are better and can be used by anyone. They're both gimmick trinkets but at least mildly amusing as such things go. Icosahedric Musket Balls are a literal joke trinket. Just absolute ♥♥♥♥.
Keening Bolts are pretty good, and the best of the expensive end of the trinkets is also the cheapest, i.e. 120 shards for Hellion's Thirsting Blade which you'll almost always use if you use Hellion.
Also Crystalline Gunpowder doesn't get enough love. It's not fantastic but it's a quite solid +DMG with no downside. What's not to like? (Other than there are arguably better HWM trinkets.)
Similarly Topshelf Tonic is actually reasonably good. It's not fantastic but +3 SPD is good. The blight is who cares? But the +15 Dodge is nice. Again, dodge is ♥♥♥♥, but as dodge trinkets go, one that has +3 SPD is pretty good. It's a good combo with Sharpened Letter Opener. Both of those give you a collection of bonuses that work well with GR. And maybe saves you from a one shot straight to DD once in a while.
