Cleansing Cristal? and other rare 'very rare' trinkets

well: I want a cleansing cristal for the DD on NG+. I hunted that down from the 1st week and I still didn't get any dungeons that would give this as a reward. I also noticed that the crescendo box and overtexture box ( I think its called that, it gives +healt and dodge) are also never a dungeon reward... I got a crescendo box sometime back as a random battle reward, do these trinkets have a % drop chance or something? Or are some trinkets just really uncommen?

The boxes are like the rarest ♥♥♥♥ in this game, very low droprate from madmen.
The crystal isnt very good, you can easily find fitting substitutes and in the end you just werent lucky i guess. You can upgrade the nomad wagon, make sure to check that every week t o increase your odds of getting a really nice trinket you desire.

The crystal is pretty handy for Occultists. I think it may only be available from Warrens quests, which greatly limits its availability.

On champion its really not worth it anymore, the only heroes he could bleed are PD 5% Anti 5% and leper 10%, everyone else has higher bleed resist.
Early on it nifty but its very rare and hard to come by early....

i was thinking to use the cristal for DD1 because the bleeds there are really strong... I could also use the ancestral handkerchief tho

Flesh Heart would be a good option too if you've progressed that far in the Warrens.

my only cleansing crystal i found in my NG+ was a quest reward in warrens . in my whole 80 weeks in NG+ didnt found any to buy in the wagen . my advice get the flesh heart .its realy GOOD trinket for the first dungen . i gone for the first DD with cleansing crystal one hero , flesh heart in 2nd hero and handkerchief in the 3rd .. it was very ez didnt get bleeded once

I would use the flesh heart, the only problem is that i haven't defeated any of the warrens bosses, or almost any other dungeons in the warrens. My goal was to get as much loot as possible as early on as i could, so i did the medium/long dungeons that showed up the in the ruins/weald

dont waste your time in short-meduim dungeons when you have long dungons to play ... long dungens make progress to boss faster + good loot and gold ofc
