How to replace all skins w/ shindol skins?

Sup, I've downloaded Shindol's hero skin mods and they rock! Unfortunately sometimes the heroes don't use shindol's hero skin mods. How do I make it so that 100% of the heroes use shindol's hero skin mods?

You can just change them yourself by clicking on the palette icon in the bottom left of their status menu. It lets you change their skin between any of the 4 vanilla skins and all your modded skins.

I don't think there's a way to make it so only modded hero skins appear when they're in the stagecoach, but you just do that and change em yourself so you only have the modded skins.

First shindol needs to make skins for all heros before you can replace all skins with them.

You can but it would involve messing with the folders themselves.
