Why is "Plowshares To Swords" such a rare achievement?

I didn't really think anything of it when I earned it, until I enabled a Rarest Achievement showcase and it's one of my rarest achievements. Farmhand riposte does a few damage, it's not completely a fluke that they would put a character on Death's Door. I know that it's not something one would activate intentionally with a low-health character, but there's ways it could happen.

I realize that DLC achievements are going to be lower percentages but it's strange for such a happenstance thing to have half a percent achievement rate.

I don't have it. In fact, I didn't know it existed. Maybe people just avoid triggering that riposte with low HP characters. There's usually something else to attack anyway.
