4 Talismans of the Flame! (possible bug?) [SPOILERS]
So, I received 3 Talismans of the Flame from the first mission into the Darkest Dungeon, as you're supposed to. Then, I failed my first attempt at the second area, losing one hero in battle, and then sacrificing another to retreat from the mission. When the hamlet loaded, I had, much to my surprise, 4 Talismans of the Flame! I wanted to post this to see if it is a bug, or if others have encountered this as well.

I'm certainly not complaining, and I absolutely just used all 4 to beat the mission, but I found it bizzare none the less.

yes its a bug but what can you do its been for years now i guess, but you dont need bug to beat it just 2 of them is enough or none cause i beat it with no talisman( but everything is possible in full light right?)

Ahh, okay. So this is a long running, well known bug.

I noticed that the graphic for one talisman was about a pixel higher than the graphic for the others. Maybe that one was the "extra".

When this happened, you could also sell the "extra" for 1 gold, though I don't know why you'd want to.

Incidentally, my "extra" disappeared after beating DD2 although they're pretty much useless afterwards.
