Is there a way to find The Thing From Stars?

Wiki says it is 50/50 chance when he is lurking in an area, but I missed him 5 times in a row, so the chance of that happening is like 3.125%??? that does not sound right to me at all. Is there any way to find him easily? what if i carry ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of stardust like having a team of vampire to look for Fanatic?

Pick out a team that can't beat him, and he'll show up immediately. Alternately, get clobbered by a boss and then send your severely weakened team to the rest of the dungeon.

actually the only few times i fought him were all with antiquarian in my team, so The Thing is actually more professional than Collector.

Make sure to explore the whole dungeon if you want to fight against them.

Heroes with DOTs and attack that go through protection makes the fight quite easy.

does he spawn in explored corridor? if he does, i can walk back and forth to try finding it

in my experience with medium champion dungeons in bloodmoon is such that he appears in roughly 70% of the dungeons he indicates.
And i have farmed that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ a lot..

Things like this happen all the time in % based games. (In general not in this game specifically.) Like I’ve had stuff happen to me that had less then a 1% chance of happening.
