Aegis scale question
Are they only granted by nightmares? Not farmable?

Does that mean the scales are farmable, or just that you still see the snakes?

I think they can still be gotten from the snakes, but there is no way to force a snake spawn so it's difficult to "farm" outright.

To add on this, i've (very rarely) gotten a few out of random loot containers, so that's a source as well, albeit a crappy one..
