Torch mechanics in Crimson Court & Color of Madness.

The question is this: some trinkets in the original game are dependent on torch level, in the DLC content torches have different mechanics, therefore how does these items work in these conditions? Example: Hell's Harpin (Hellion - low torchlight), Solar Bracelet (high torchlight).

Crinson court with blood light has always torch level 100. Solar items works normal.

I think color of madness has the same situation.
