Mod to allow higher level fighters for lower level quests

I think it is silly I can not use the guys I have trained up to beat the bosses in level 1 ruins. What is the point in levelling up?

Is there a mod that changes this?

You could simply play radiant, it has laxer level restrictions (they are not completely removed though, just laxer)

Radiant difficulty. You choose it when starting the game on a fresh save slot. One of the things Radiant changes is that it allows heroes up to lvl 4 to go into Apprentice Dungeons, and heroes up to lvl 6 to go into veteran ones.

I like the normal difficulty, I just think not being able to use the heroes I have trained to fight bosses is dumb
