Best Party for Siren in current build?
So, I'm wondering what the current thinking is as far as goes the best (or some of the best) party combos for both killing the Siren and cleaning up the rest of her Cove dungeon after. It's been a long time since I fought her, back when debuff resistance could make you effectively immune to the Call and the Arbalest gave that with her flare skill.

I've put together a straight up Mark Party that's all about accuracy and damage (standard formation). My general assumption is that this is still a strong group for her, but I just wanted to check any some of the communities thinking. I imagine it's still something of a good idea to not use character's that guard, or at least to make sure that they don't have their guard equipped (no dodge guard for HM). When looking at the mark party, they still benefit from having and using marks, as when dominated they will (??) use those skills rather than some massive damage attack (hopefully).

Again, it's been a while so just looking for current advice (and whatever *did* happen to that waif, huh?!)

I personally used Vestal / PD / HM / Hellion

The Sirene only took my vestal over and over, all i had to do was stunning her with PD to avoid her getting healed and HM and Hellion were easily attacking her

You should try to bring a stunner or two, preferably ones that doesn't do damage in the process. Whoever the Siren takes, stun them and they should snap out of it before doing much harm. Then it's just a question of damage and sustain with three heroes in play.

Thanks guys. Yeah, I plan on making sure both HM and the Occ have their Stuns equipped and the Occ will be using his special trinket for that (have oddly not picked up the cudgel for HM).

If you want to make the boss a breeze, use the antiquarian.

Short answer? Anything that stacks potent dots. Same applies to a lot of 2+ turn bosses.
Those classes that you like playing with.

That's been nerfed. The check for Siren's Beguile attack is no longer a debuff. It's just a flat 70% chance.

It's still a good idea not to have any dedicated super high damage dealer, though, and just hope Antiquarian is the one who gets taken so all they do is weak heals, weak blights, and weak buffs.

And make sure you have bandages and antivenom because you may be getting hit with blights and bleeds from your own characters.

What has been nerferd? The antiquarian? I dunno what you talking about, all i know is that the siren tends to go for him and he usually doesnt do much for her.

Siren's Song of Desire used to be a debuff, and she would much more often aim for the character with the lowest debuff resist. That would usually be the Antiquarian, and if you used that strategy, you'd put debuff resist trinkets on the other characters to make sure of it. That's no longer the case.

I was aware it was a debuff and you cant use more resistence supply to face it. But my guess is that they didnt change her priorities and she still aim for the antiq most of the time. At least, thats my experience.

Mark parties are very good. You don't want to bring super high base damage like hellions or lepers because they will murder you if they get turned, marks let you bust out big damage that won't backfire.

It's no longer a named category like debuff or move. It's just a flat 70% chance.
