Secret Rooms not spawning?

I haven't found a secret room in over 10 missions, and even the guaranteed secret room of the Baron's mission in the Courtyard hasn't spawned. I can't figure out why.

Without scouting you cant find secret room.
In CC mission secret rooms are in specific location so if your scouting don't find that specific corridor in that case you cant reach that prison.
You probably has bad luck :v
Try using ancestral map on one of your heroes.

Secret rooms also don't spawn at all in small dungeons, occasionally in mediums, and semi-frequently in longs. So if most of those 10 missions were of the shorter variety, you may well not have had many opportunities.

I did -not- know that, actually. I did 3 Long dungeons in a row, though, and scouted 90% of it without finding a single one, which... well, irked me. Perhaps it really is just bad luck.

I think what the above reply is referring to is that Secret Rooms only appear when you pass a scout check. That is when it says "Scouting" and reveals a bunch of rooms that you haven't yet explored. Just walking through a normal hallway is not sufficient to reveal them. If don't get the scout check to trigger when you are near the secret room, you won't see it, and you can't trigger a scouting check on rooms you've already visited, so you have a limited number of opportunities before the secret room is inaccessible in that dungeon. Having trinkets with +scouting helps a lot.

Yes, I know this. I 'scouted' mostt of the dungeon, all but one or two hallways, but none of them had a secret room pop up.

Finding no secret rooms in 10 missions is probable, comsidering the RNG , maybe next time you will find two in row.
Believe me, much worse it feels, when you do find the room...
...but is out of keys ;)
