Tooltips of buffs with the "skill" buff rule are freaking out
So, for example the Talisman of the Flame trinket for the 2nd Darkest Dungeon quest, has the tooltip spazzing out and flashing between;

From "Revelation: -100% Stress Damage" to "Revelation from skill -100% Stress Damage"

It flashes between these two texts like 20 times a second, and I don't understand what I changed to screw up every buff tooltip that uses the "Skill" rule. Anyone have some insight into the problem or how to fix it? I've tinkered around in the localization files to try and fix the text, but that hasn't helped.

I do, I think it came up after installing the Shieldbreaker Buff/Rebalance mod from the nexus.

well, then obviously uninstall that one and verify the files.
