So how do you increase stress healing?
Typically you will gain more stress then you can shed unless you have groups built to counter it.
Prevention is the best method of 'stress healing' to begin with.
it says "Stress healed +X%" on them.
You can also use a fast PD to stun those guys until they are dead.

Also I believe the houndmaster in 2nd position wont have stress heal right? Can I swap him for like a Crusader?
Jester is a better stress healer than Houndmaster, so it is not needed. A standard kit for 3rd position Jester is something like Inspiring Cry, Harvest, Slice Off, Dirk Stab. This is a bleed heavy build, so no good in the Ruins.
