The idea is obviously that you dive into them multiple times. However, they screwed up the balance. Especially on bloodmoon with a week limit, the most efficient way to deal with it is to marathon them. That many hours with the same party against the same enemies gets well monotonous.
>Leave every dungeon with about 5 of the bloody things so now you're drowning in them
I like these for their difficulty and for the ability to leave and come back. It makes the play more flexible. If you want to do a story type mod that adds content, that's probably one of the better ways to make it interesting, although I haven't seen it done much.
I would loved however something longer than long with resource limit of long dungeon.
Fialure would equalled death of all characters and no option to retrieve loot from that dungeon by shrieker.
Although I guess mine idea has certain flaw since healing characters can keep party healthy nearly endlessly so it would be awesome if heal effects would lasted only for a fight and after its conclusion characters would be returning to lowest level of health they experienced in that fight.
That way running out of food would become real possibility.
I'm actually really intrigued by this. Looking forward to trying it out once it releases.
