Recommend some mods to a veteran

All right, I have seen all corners of this ruined land. I have more than 500 hours in this game, all vanilla, and I have all DLCs. I am planning to complete 100% achievements in an all-vanilla game from start to finish and at this point, I only have 3 uncompleted achievements left, but I will probably get those in a few hours. As you can see I really love playing this game and just can't get bored!

Yes, this was part bragging, so sorry about that. However, after I'm done with this I'll start a new game and go nuts with mods to experience the game all over again, with no worries about anything. So my question is: please recommend me some good mods.

I already know about Marvin Seo's mods and I am planning to install all of them, with their CC and CoM trinkets and all, the full package.

What else? Please recommend only immersive and lore-friendly mods, I don't want fanservice waifus or googly-eyed my little ponies. Thank you for your help.

P.S. I know about the Slayer mod, and I am considering it, because the graphics are vanilla-tier good, and DD's timeline is very anachronistic so I don't think it's that out of place. Also, it keeps that sweet dark atmosphere. If you tried it, I would like your input on it.

Not to mention it can get really boring really fast. Every single time you come across a new affix you have to spend 3 minutes digging through the glossary to find it. It really gets old having to pretty much wait for several minutes to get into the part that's actually fun.

The Succubus and the Duchess are almost too fanservice-y, though succubi are supposed to be like that, and the Duchess came from the Court with all the Courtesans, so it makes sense in-game. At least it's not Omen Seeker, yikes.

The fanservice is not so much predominant, they are worthy, that said, since Marvin and other good mod have already been cited I'd like to add some more, too.

She's the only profligates he uses because she's just another failed experiment from the Ancestor that wander the warrens and the nudity is quite contained, if he like this one maybe you can like it, too, that's all from me.

Duchess and Succubus are not fanservice, maybe Duchess' boobs are a bit big, but she is not a fanservice IMO, succubus is sexy because she is a succubus, succubi are meant to be sexy for duping the men.

I'd love to install Incandescent whisperer but EVERYBODY in the comment section is talking about crashes and I'd rather not risk it.

Spiders look good, I am considering other mods by dem22 too, like Pets.

The cultist trinkets' visuals look like they fit Miami's nightlife more like they do DD, with their neon-coloured bright visuals, though that may only be my opinion.

And the Fawn has way too much fanservice. However, I stumbled upon The Keeper, who luckily has enough disturbing elements to keep the atmosphere dark, so I'll recommend that one to you in turn, in case you haven't heard of it yet.

Completely agree.

You're right, completely forgot about the pets, I recommend them, too, at least for the extra enemies they add.

Honestly, I use it only because I like to drop books from cultists and because I'm curious to challenge the cultists needed to further upgrade the books, not for the trinkets themselves, so I can understand your point.

I know her, that friend I was talking about use her, too, I didn't recommended her because I thought she was too exaggerated, as for me I'm using the Condena right now that share the same skin, using both at the same time could create confusion so I avoid her for now.
