How do you recruit more heroes?

I go to the stagecoach and it shows two heroes. How do I recruit them to my team???

I have 4 slots for the mission, but only have 2 heroes in my roster on the side.

Just drag them in your roster.

I think you have to pass over the hero and press X or square, can't remeber to be honest

Yea there is a prompt to press X, but when I do nothing happens. Am I not supposed to be able to recruit yet until I beat a mission?

Mybe you've reached the hero limit, have you unlocked more space? because I've never experienced any poblem with hero recruiting besides forgtten to upgrade the limit.

The stagecoach has a size (the number of new heroes it'll present per week). Your barracks also has a size limit (the total number of heroes you can have).

Both of these things can be adjusted by spending resources (deeds and crests as I recall).

There's a stylized yellow "plus" sign at the upper left of the stagecoach screen, press it.

You need to press X for some longer time for it to take effect.

Literally having the same issue. How did you solve this?

After you add them and before you go on your first 4 man mission, you want to improve the coach so that 4 more heroes, not 2 will arrive next week.
