The Chevalier
Let me sum up the Chevalier real quick :
Always spawns at the 4th ( or 3rd if there are 2 Chevaliers ) rank in a team
High DODGE base
Low SPD
30% PROT
High HPs
You can find him when the CCC ( Crimson Court Curse ) is highly spead in the dungeons.
Has 2 attacks
1 - Attack 1 guy with a high crit + high damage spell. May bleed the victim.
2 - Attack 1 or 2 guys with a high damage spell. May debuff (-40/45/50 DODGE) and stun.
Is the only Bloodsucker type monster that can't curse you.
How am I suppose to counter this guy ? He almost killed 7 times a team member. SEVEN !! O_O
PS : I really hate him :'(

Esquires ? They're super less tanky than Chevaliers, I can one shot them with Dueslist Advance + Holy Lance... ( most of the time, they just press The Thirst before doing anything, so I don't really think they're dangerous ) Just focus them ^^

Judgement can actually kill them. (Unerring + DMG trinket)

I don't disrespect them at least XD

I don't mind Esquires so much on easier dungeons. It's on the higher level dungeons they're a pain, because their DODGE is very high, and if they do their Skewering Repartee attack, it hits the whole party with a high chance to crit (and puts them in riposte). This makes guarding any ally futile, because this attack will just hit everyone regardless. And if there are 2 Esquires in the enemy party... ugh.

But anyways, back to Chevaliers.
I personally find them more manageable in the higher level dungeons. I only found them to be the worst when I was still new to the Courtyard. But with their low Stun resist, and very low SPD, you can neutralise them before they hurt your party too much (plus they have no AoE attacks, so guarding an ally is a very viable strategy with them).

True, however, I prefer killing Esquires first since I can guard my squishy guys and Courtesans too ( stress horror buff allies + guard -_- ). The Chevalier is quite boring, but I prefer killing them first since he's not that much a danger when he's alone or with one guy. His stun + -50 dodge debuff is a threat when there's all his family with him ^^

Yeah, it kind of requires a bit of intuitive tactics. Most times I notice you don't have to stun a Chevalier in rank 4, because a lot of the time there is at least one Sycophant (mosquito) in the party, who almost always goes first and does the attack that places it at the back, hence moving the Chevalier to the front by 1 position, and Chevalier has a very low SPD, so you're almost guaranteed to be able to stun it before it takes a turn.

Actually, the more boss you've killed, the less moskitos you'll find ( I haven't kill the Countess yet, and I rarely see moskitos now... Always Courtesans, Esquires, Chevaliers, Manservants and, sometimes, Supplicants

The Bloodsuckers have a Hive-like behavior and structure. So I suppose that the stage of the disease determines their position?

The Supplicant, who can't '' The Thirst '' you BUT still can Crimson Curse you is always at first ranks ( even before Manservants ), but it could be possible... After all, they're just dead bodies drunk by an unnecessary huge tick.

Think I'll swap PD with HM so I can have my dear and lovely HWM, but thanks for the idea :)

I see a lot of people saying Stun, and I have to say that is the best thing to do against them. It all really depends on who the Chevaliers spawn with. But I would say that if the Chevaliers worry you, either stun them or focus them down with bleed attacks or just raw damage if you you're not going to bleed, but knowing that bleed ignores Protection, Bleed and stun are your better of friends when going up against these nasty pillocks.
