Is there any reason to keep the head trinkets?
I've never once used those very rare trinkets because they cause too much stress, are they worth keeping or should I just sell them?

Junia is the one worth keeping for max heal (58) on the occultist.

Junia's head is one of the best trinkets in the game. Dismas' head is okay in the early game.\

Almost all of the game's best trinkets cause stress. You just need to learn to deal with it.

Junia's head is super important, more stress isn't much of a problem if you know how to play. Dismas head is more of a risk but it's still pretty good. And Barristan's head is really good too.

Junia's Head + 3500 > 2250

I honestly do not mind the stress you get from the heads, but the PROT head kind of su*ks.

I use my stress causing trinkets all the time. Just remember to use them if you character has stress reducing traits.

There's a mod that removes all negatives (usually stress inducers) from non-mod trinkets. It's a must-have.

And that's how you ruin emersion. I rather find ways around it legit than to mod the negatives. I have class mods and the inventory increase. I don't need to do such a thing that will ruin the experience. But, to each their own.

No it really isnt. It severely detracts from gameplay

Why not try them out? Bring a jester, or a crusader for in battle stress relief, and equip the heads on someone and see how it goes.

The resuts will surprise you.

Or, 3 characters that can snipe stress dealers + healer. Stress relief from camping is, usually, enough.

He's worried about too much stress though, and won't use them because of that reason. A stress healer will remove that fear factor, and he'll be able to use them without worry.

Basically, a stress healer is for peace of mind.

I found them all useful to some degree. Junia's Head is my go-to trinket for increased healing (other trinkets with this bonus have much worse penalties). Dismas' Head is also pretty good since it gives a huge damage bonus (+25% DMG) and -10% Max HP penalty is not so bad if you have another trinket to balance it out (Martyr's Seal or that +20% HP amulet or even a huge DODGE bonus). Barristan's Head I use the least since 20% PROT doesn't seem worth it when you can equip better trinkets, though there were situations I had nothing better to give a tank character.
