Mine goes to 11?
I've recently unlocked an achievment called 'Mine goes to 11' (it looks to me that you have to kill a Squiffy Ghast with a Jester to get it). Does anyone knwo why it's named that way?

its a pretty common phrase/trope "to turn somethign up to 11" because dials and meters usually only go up to ten it basically means to go past the limit. you can look it up on tv tropes
