Report a translation problem
For reference sake I also have all DLC active. Also a couple were likely installed after the first instance of trinkets not returning. I'll have to hunt through installation times and when the character's died to find that if it helps narrow anything down.
Secondly, I've not recieved any extra collector heads from Complete Collector Heads (1.0) despite fighting The Collector since its installation. I mention this solely because among the items lost during the first instance was Disma's Head and neither that nor the extra modded heads have dropped during the fights. I'm not sure if this is due to a specific drop rate or if my trinkets are still lodged with The Shrieker somewhere?

The follow mods are not active but have been active in the past as I was trying to expand the stagecoach to accomodate a mix of new classes. Oddly enough the Nomad Wagon Shared Compatibility Patch had conflict issues with something:

Add them back 1 at a time as you attempt the shrieker. Right now you need to troubleshoot the individual mods if you want to keep using them without issue. Something there is either conflicting with anothe rmod, broken, or conflicting with the shrieker code/scripts.
Or I could be completely wrong lol.
