Darkest Dungeons or Crimson Courtyard first?
I am done with all regular dungeon bosses except the Cove. Once I am done with the Cove bosses, where should I head? Darkest Dungeon first or Crimson Courtyard first?

Definitely Courtyard if you haven't started yet. Doing Crimson Court requires a lot of grinding (15 missions or so after you've finished the Apprentice part, then 15 or so more missions after the Veteran part) to build up the infestation level, so it's best to start it early.

Ah, I didn't know you had that many missions; I thought you just do the bosses and that's it. What's harder?

Harder than the bosses?

I guess managing all of your heroes infected with the crimson curse, making sure you have enough supply of blood. And maybe preventing infections as best as you can.

After you complete the first mission, then you will start to see an "Infestation level" on the left hand side of the map that slowly climbs up--low/medium/high--as you complete regular missions. As the infestation level increases, you'll see more Crimson Court enemies in regular areas. At medium level or above, one of the spawns you can encounter is a "gatekeeper" enemy that drops an invitation item. Invitations are required to access the Veteran level Crimson Court area. This process repeats for the Champion level area (ie. invitations for the Veteran area won't allow you access to the Champion one, you need a different invitation and the infestation level resets after you finish the mission). Getting the infestation level high enough for these to spawn regularly typically requires you do complete at least 10 missions, probably closer to 15. So you may as well complete the Apprentice Crimson Court area now, then as you finish the Cove, or even the Darkest Dungeon, or do runs to build up resources, your infestation level should rise up to the point where you'll be able to get your next invitations.

Got it. I hope I am prepared. I farmed like 200 of those blood wines - I try to collect them whenever I've encountered them in dungeons; and the Vintners was the first building I constructed.

I meant what's harder between the Crimson Courtyard and the Darkest Dungeon! ;)

Oh, no worries. Once you have more than about 20 or 30 it shouldn't be an issue.
