Is it worth it to save money?
Every time I come from a mission, I spent it on trinkets, weapons, other times quirks... And let 3K-7K to provisions. Is it a good choice?

There is no real worth in saving much money early on and you should ALWAYS (expect you know *exactly* what you do) take more provisions than you might need, you never know what happens.

Saving money only makes sense mid-late game if you have the DLC. The bank you can build can carry your entire gold needs if you reacht a certain threshold
Yes. Money should be mostly used to upgrade weapons and skills. Most trinkets aren't worth buying and removing bad quirks is usually a waste of money unless the quirk in question is Kleptomaniac, Curious or Compulsive.
People claim that saving the money and getting the bank is worth it (I AGREE).

1) Upgrading Weapons/Armor is a MUST.
2) Upgrading Skills is a MUST.
3) Buying provisions is a MUST
4) Locking "really good" positive and removing "really bad" negative quirks/diseases is a MUST (in general).
5) Once you get the bank and about 200k gold. The interest pays for all of 1-4 by itself.

-- You don't need to buy trinkets early/mid game. Does anybody actually do that?

I say it because Baer Taffy ( A DD youtuber) always saved a lot of money even before the bank existed. And there's no need to censor that, everyone knows that the bank is op

Me, the wagon is mostly the first thing I upgrade at max level, I love trinket collecting

It usually pays to be stingy with most things. Definitely if you find yourself consistently throwing away certain provisions you should adjust your pattern to throw away fewer things. The problem is that while you can live week to week pretty well early on, the highest level weapons/armor/skills are absurdly expensive*, even with full discounts, and you need to be prepared for that spike in costs.

* With max discounts, level 5 blacksmith costs 3000 each, so 6000 per hero, plus 1250 per max level skill means 5000 for a full set of skills. This means outfitting a level 5 hero costs 11,000 gold, minimum, and 44,000 for a whole party.

Granary isn't that bad either, the free food saves you a lot of money in the long run.
