a nice Fluff discovery about the Redhook monument

Turns out it doesn't just do "nothing"
it increases that revelation trigger when the town's folk flash like monsters for a second

it makes it as common as 20%-25% of the time

also i've constructed all the districts plus the redhook, should i get an achievement or something?
or my game is bugged?

No, the achievement exists. You should've gotten one for building the Red Hook.

There's no achievement for building them all though, if that was the thing being questioned.

Reading helps. Once again, no achievement exists for building all the districts.

No achievement also exists for learning how to read, but you should probably do it anyways.
