Vigorous buffs ACC a lot. Also, using leper without any form of Acc boost. Also, Lepers acc isn't all THAT bad.

He had the Blue mask that buffed his resistances and the brawlers gloves that increase dmg at the cost of speed and crit. Dunno about the ACC buff, he was still missing a decent amount, but from time to time he healed himself for 7 hp. Remember, the Heart still has 280~ hitpoints and hits hard, more like a minivan than a truck, but still around 18ish a hit. Had to spam Withstand and the occasional heal to get the Leper into a safe enough position before he could start pummeling, and even so he could only Chop every 3 turns, the other 2 being Withstand to get the max 80% PROT. That's why it took so long. His attacks hurt the Heart when he CAN attack.

No, it doesn't. Focused is the Virtue that buffs accuracy. Vigorous buffs speed and makes the hero healf themselves sometimes.
