Who is celerity and is it a spoiler for the game?

Celerity? He is a guy who has been banned from the forums. I don't know much. Apperently he caused a huge conflict back in early access. He has earned himself quite an infamous reputation.

I believe he also was the one that tried to get a video game critic (Jim ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Sterling son) to trash the game. But this back fired as Jim liked the game and supported it.

Celerity is someone who with no formal training made Darkest "Derpest" Dungeon great again. This made a very insecure dev team very angry, so they drove off all of their supporters including him. They then replaced them with low paid employees who will attack anyone who references either Celerity or the various moral, ethical, and legal conflicts he has exposed in any way. If you link a negative review because you think it's funny, these lunatics come after your family and get you involved.
