and is reclaim the only heal skill that works like this? because AFAIK all other heals in the game become stronger with heal trinkets. even self heals.
edit: after having a poop whilst thinking to myself i figured out what you mean. so basically it's a heal that is based on the healing skills and healing received of the recipient, not the caster. so if i have 45% healing skills/healing received on my vestal and i cast reclaim on her she will heal for ~4 instead of 2 because her healing is so high. now it all makes sense. and yeah that is a really weird mechanic.
