+10% death blow resist seems nice, but I'd rather work on not getting on death's door in the first place, wich is also done by using useful trinkets.
Another story is the Martyr's seal, but that's a gimmick to pull out some nice stuns. It's not something I'd rely my strategy upon.
And stress resist, and dodge is always usefull.
Tenacity ring isn't bad, but deathblow resist is only relevant to characters with 0 health. The only time I'd seek out deathblow resist would be going for the achievement for surviving 5 consecutive death's door attacks.
The only Death Blow Resist trinket I have that I actually use regularly is the Dark Tambourine for the Jester.
